Using materials, drawing and print, my work evidences my interest in physical, experiential outcomes.

Making and drawing allows me to explore what I see, testing competing potentials.  Absorption in detail, surface, touch and action draws me into a relationship with my materials.

The work probes the connection between materials and our bodies, exploring the power of embodied experience to resonate with the viewer. If the physicality of everyday life and our intimacy with materials declines, turning us from making to using, what is the relevance of this loss to our development?
